Welcome to the TotalPoster website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the TotalPoster website. By visiting the website and formulating requests for services provided by TotalPoster Ltd you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

For the purposes of the terms and conditions outlined herewith, "You" is defined as the visitor to the website, browsing and preceding to offering and actively engaging in purchase of products from Totalposter. "We" is TotalPoster Ltd, a company based in the UK who will accept an offer to purchase goods, confirm the order, supply and subsequently arrange for delivery for said goods upon payment.

Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Registration

You warrant that the personal information you must provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name or any name that you are not authorised to use.

Product purchase

All orders made by you are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy as below.

The following steps create a contract of obligation between you and TotalPoster Ltd. The steps required to create this contract are as follows:
An order is placed for a product by your pressing of the submit button on the website at the end of the checkout process.
By return we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will formulate an order confirmation and order processing acceptance by us. This email will confirm the total amount and currency of your order as charged to your credit card. We advise that you print and keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.

Shipment

Delivery times

We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order for unframed prints and within 14 days for framed and canvas prints.

All items are carefully packaged and delivered directly to your door. If your order is an international shipment we will send you an email confirmation of shipping date with tracking details.

The products will be packaged as follows:
Large unframed paper items are rolled and inserted into a sealed heavy weight tube.
Framed prints and canvas items (ready to hang) are packed with corner protectors and bubble wrap into a double wall-corrugated custom-made mailing box to prevent damage during delivery.

Product information

With the TotalPoster on Demand process, your print will be created using the very latest in digital printing technology. Each order is individually created as a bespoke item upon your request.

To ensure a rich, vibrant, true reproduction of image and that your order is printed to the highest standard, we have sourced a combination of superlative materials for all of our prints.

Prints will be created on high-end 240gsm semi-gloss photographic paper, which delivers outstanding consistent quality, remaining fade-resistant for more than 100 years indoors.

Canvas-type block framed orders are printed directly onto a fine specialized media which gives a far superior colour and image definition. The prints are then mounted onto a specially tailored stretcher framework.

Standard framed orders are use the classic photography frame of black 20mm black ash with acrylic glass for safety during shipping and display in public areas.

Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product specification as displayed throughout this website, there are times where there may be slight colour variances between the settings on your own monitor and the true colour digital printing processes utilised.

Please also note that sizes quoted may vary slightly due to the dimensions of the original photo and cannot be changed without cropping the important parts of the image. For example a panoramic shot may not be printed to the size selected but will always be the selected width.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, please send an e-mail to customerservices@totalposter.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

TotalPoster Ltd is a company registered in England and the contract will be concluded in English and under English law.

Description of Product

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they were entered onto our database. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly reflect the position at the time you place the order.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit / credit card, as follows: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, and JCB. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the cardholder.

All credit and debit cardholders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated upon the website.

For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under English law you must:
Register by providing your real name, email address, invoice and delivery address and payment information Be 18 or over years of age
Possess a valid credit or debit card
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from certain third parties specific to financial authorisation including but not limited to your debit or credit card number and credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.

By visiting the website and/or formulating requests for any services provided here, you consent that these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect loss or damage or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.

What are the dimensions of the posters?

XSmall = 100mm x 150mm = 6 inches x 4 inches (approx)

Small = 297mm x 210mm = 11.7 inches x 8.3 inches (approx)

Medium = 420mm x 300mm = 16.5 inches x 11.75 inches

Large = 700mm x 500mm = 27.5 inches x 19.5 inches

X Large = 1000mm x 700mm = 39.3 inches x 27.5 inches

XX Large = 1300mm x 900mm = 51.2 inches x 35.4 inches

Please remember the the sizes are nominal and will vary depending on the dimensions of the original photo. For instance if the image is a panaoramic view then the width will be correct but the height will be less.

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! All international shipments are by Royal Mail International "signed for" service & fully insured against loss.
Express Delivery is by DHL or Business post. Time 1-4 days.
Standard delivery takes about 6-10 working days depending on which Country the shipment is going to.

We will send you tracking number for each consignment when your order is shipped.

Do I have to pay by Credit Card?

No, you can send an International Money Order (from your local Post Office) or pay By Bank Transfer. Make sure you include the size & TP number ( Image number found on the info or enlarged image page) and add GBP £5.00 for bank charges.

Are Credit Card payments secure?

Yes. We have 128bit encryption & dedicated payment pages. This means that we never see or have access to your credit card details. Only the Bank use these on their secure payment pages. This means that TotalPoster can never be the victim of fraudulent access to your credit card details because we never actually receive them - the Bank does.

Important Security enhancements have arrived. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are introducing a additional authenication process called Mastercard SecureCode and Verified By Visa. This means that you will be asked for additional security details during the payment process. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD BANK TO ARRANGE THIS ADDED SECURITY. This will apply to All internet purchases from ALL websites through out the world - not just TotalPoster !

Can I order by telephone?

Yes. You can call Customer Services on +44 (0) 1242 244248 to place your order or, if you prefer, email your telephone number to customerservices@totalposter.com & we will call you.

Can you Frame my poster?

Yes, we can deliver framed & canvas type frames world-wide. International delivery can be expensive for the larger sizes, so you may prefer to get your poster framed locally.

Does the watermark "totalposter.com" appear on the print?

No, it is only visible on the enlarged version of some images on the website.
